Can I have a Catalogue?

We currently do not produce a catalogue. Our website is the best way to view current products. We constantly update and change products due to their nature and offer lots of one off items. For the full diaplay of good visit out shop at 2 High Street, Hungerford, West Berkshire, RG17 0DN.

How do I pay for my goods?

Once you have placed your order you will continue to checkout. There you have the option of paying by paypal or by credit/debit card over the telephone .

If you would rather pay with your card over the telephone, please complete your order then call us where we can take payment on our secure terminal. You will then be sent your slip with your order.

Can I see my previous orders?

Yes. Once you log in to your account you will be able to view your order history.

How do I return unwanted items?

You may return any item, for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We do hope you love your ordered items and we do make our photography as true a picture as possible, but if for any reason they are not what you were expecting then please contact us. We only refund return postage if the item is faulty. Please see our terms and conditions page for full details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be posted within 3 working days. Some parcels are sent via our courier, so could be with you the next day depending on what time you place your order and our current work load. Please contact us for any special requirements. We expect items to be with you in 3 – 5 days, but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

What is the definition of Vintage?

Vintage can mean an item is of a certain period of time, as in “vintage 1950′s” but it can also mean that the item exhibits the best of a certain quality, or qualities, associated with or belonging to that specific era. It is also accepted that ‘vintage’ should not be used in reference to objects less than 20 years old. many items on our site are “vintage” and have been pre-owned and pre-loved. They may show signs of wear and tear in line with their age. Items described as “Vintage style” may be new and designed in a style specific to a particular era.
